*Part of a multi-author collaboration series.
This is it, my chance, my big break, my first tour. I knew when I was signed to White Picket Fence Records that my life was going to change. I wanted it. I craved it. Finally getting the chance to make it into a career is almost everything I’ve ever wanted.
Music and Leighla. Those are the two things that kept me going through the hard times. Leighla has been the light in my darkness since the moment she was born, even as the relationship with her mother crumbled around me. She made her choices; her daughter and I weren’t it.
I can’t leave my daughter behind as I go on tour, I’d never survive that long without her sweetness and smiles. Melody is a godsend and is there for Leighla when I can’t be. She’s on tour to do a job, but when I look at Melody, all I want is to give her pleasure. It’s a horrible idea and could cost me everything. I’ll risk it. She’s mine and by the end of the tour I’m going to make sure she knows it.
I need this job. I need my internship to turn into a career that I’m proud of. I have one shot to make myself indispensable to the label. I will make sure Leighla is given the care she needs so that Carter can go out on stage knowing that she’s safe and happy. Leighla loves her Daddy, and I can understand why Carter doesn’t want to be away from his adorable little girl.
There’s one big, huge, gigantic, momentous problem with my job. Carter is the sexiest man I’ve ever met and when he melts for his daughter, I find myself doing the same…but for him. I try to ignore it, but every look he gives me makes it harder to stay professional. Every touch lights me up and makes me want to sing.
I can’t let these feelings get in the way of my duties. Falling in love with the father-daughter duo isn’t part of my job description. I could lose everything I’ve worked for, but maybe I could gain so much more than a paycheck.
*Carter appears in Following His North Star (Suburban Outcasts Book 4)
I’ve been too busy to keep up with most pop culture things the last few years. Between keeping the last shreds of my family together and trying to pay my bills, sleep and work have been the only constants. I should have known Hudson Meadows wasn’t some nobody off the street, but I didn’t.
Waking up married is a…surprise. I figure it’ll be a PR nightmare for a musician like Hudson who has been chasing stardom and is finally finding it. More shocking than the rock on my finger is Hudson telling me he doesn’t want to annul this sham. He says I’m his? Maybe fame has gone to his head.
I should have known better. I’ve seen it time and time again. What happens in Vegas doesn’t always stay in Vegas, especially when there’s an “I do” involved.
Fame isn’t what I thought it would be when I was just a naïve kid with a song in my heart and the dreams of stage lights in my eyes. Now, knowing the other side, it’s a little lonely and hollow. Meeting Felicity is like waking up for the first time.
I don’t remember exactly how I did it, but I convinced the woman meant for me to sign her name on the dotted line and let me slip a ring on her finger. White Picket Fence Records isn’t thrilled about my impromptu wedding, but I don’t care. She’s my wife and it’s going to stay that way.
Vows were said and I’m a man of my word. Felicity might not believe or understand it, but I’m not letting her go. She’s leaving Vegas with me, and I won’t be taking no for an answer.
18+. If you like alpha heroes and an insta-love story that is sweet and spicy but isn’t necessarily simple, then this is for you. No cheating with a guaranteed HEA. It is a standalone but is related to my Denver Family series (Banks Ink., Suburban Outcasts and Higgins Security). Meet Hudson in Faking Her Home (Banks Ink. Book 6).

I’m halfway through my second tour and while I love the spotlight and singing for sold-out stadiums, the stalker I’ve picked up has put a damper on things. The fame that was smooth sailing has become dark, fueling my nightmares and making me feel unsafe.
I’m grateful White Picket Fences Records treats all the artists on the label like family. They prove how much they value my well-being when they send me two new bodyguards. For the first time since my stalker surfaced, I think he’ll be caught.
There’s only one problem. Kostya and Flynn do more than make me feel safe. They stoke a fire in me I’ve never known before. In many ways I belong to all my fans, but off stage two men own my heart.
When I get the word from my boss, Blake Higgins, that I’m being put on the protection detail for a pop princess, I have some concerns. My skills will be wasted following River around like a puppy.
Everything changes when I meet her. I’ll make sure to keep my woman safe. She deserves nothing less.
There’s only one problem. Kostya and I have to work together. Considering his past, I’m not sure I trust him. The more time I spend with them, the more I realize that if I want River then I’m going to have to learn how to share.
I’m a man who learned long ago the importance of knowing everything about the business I’m involved in. I may have stepped away from my family legacy, but some of the lessons have served me well. The Bratva life, with me as the prince of the Orlov crime family to my brother’s king, wasn’t for me.
I’ve had my eye on River since the moment she signed with WPF Records. She’s not the first musician I’ve done security for, but I know she’s going to be the most important. When it’s clear Flynn is just as gone for my girl as I am, the thought of sharing her doesn’t make me want to kill him.
There’s only one problem. We aren’t the only ones interested in our songbird. We’ll protect her. We’ll find her stalker. We’ll make her ours. She might share her song with the world, but her body, her soul and her heart? They’re ours.

Considering I have no one to blame but myself for the PR storm I find myself in, I’m more than happy to hide out for the summer. WPF Records hooked me up when they sent me to the Mountain Ridge Resort. Some fresh air in a beautiful setting is just what I need. I’m going to keep my head down and hopefully get some inspiration while I’m here.
When I meet Calliope, I find my muse. She’s everything I didn’t know I needed. How her family talked her into the resort, I’ll never know. She’s a fish out of water, but the cutest one I’ve ever seen.
She might think this is just some summer fling with a guy with a bad reputation, but it’s so much more. I’ll prove to her I’m more than what the media says about me. I’ll prove to her she’s the muse I need, the one I’m keeping.
My family dragged me along to the Mountain Ridge Resort using guilt. How could I turn them down when they’re calling it the last real family trip we’ll have? You’d think they’d be happy to have all the kids out of the house in the fall when my youngest sister leaves for college. Instead of accepting the natural order of things, I find myself surrounded by nature and activities.
I’m not much of a joiner, at least not until I meet Lane. Suddenly I’m willing to join him on any adventure he can come up with. I didn’t think my summer would involve a fling with a rock star hiding out and avoiding a media circus, but it’s too good of an opportunity to pass up.
The more time we spend together, the more I fall for him. What happens when my trip is over? How about when he’s back to being a famous rock star and he forgets about me? He calls me his muse, but that doesn’t mean it’ll last forever.

I shouldn’t have left my Clem behind. I knew it was the wrong choice the moment I made it and let her push me away and into the life she thought I wanted. I should have fought for her. I should have grabbed her and taken her with me.
I can’t live with the regret anymore. It’s made my life a living hell with no end in sight. I could ignore it at first, when I was working to achieve my dreams. Then the roar of success drowned out my misery for a while. When it was time to head back into the studio after my first album hit it big, I had nothing to give, nothing to say.
If WPF Records hadn’t signed me, who knows what would have happened to my career. Still, I need to produce an album. Soon. The only thing I know to do is to go back home to Sweetwater Valley and get my girl back. Maybe I’ll get my rhythm back, maybe not, but I’d rather have her than the fame or even the music. Clementine has been mine for as long as I can remember, and I can’t go another day without her.
Sometimes letting go is the hardest part. I had to let him go, knowing he would take my heart with him. I know I made the right decision when Birch, finally, got his big break. I found other ways to pass the time and other passions to help me ignore the hole in my soul.
I’ve found my footing while still living in the small town which was never going to be big enough for Birch’s dreams or talent. I’m content and I’m thriving as best I can considering my soul belongs to a man who lives in the limelight far away. Still, my heart hasn’t healed and I’m not whole.
When he comes back with all the right words and sorrow in his eyes, my heart wants to believe him, and my soul yearns for him. I can’t help but wonder what will happen if he gets back the inspiration he’s lost. Will he leave me all over again? I won’t be strong enough to pick up the pieces and let him go a second time.

The music calls to me. It’s part of me and entwined with my soul. It’s always been my dream to follow the music where it leads me. I’m hoping it’ll be to a big break, but so far, it hasn’t been going too well.
I wasn’t expecting my music to lead me to Ophelia, but I need a place to play and she’s new in town to manage her uncle’s bar. She gives me a chance, even though she doesn’t have to. I’m just grateful to be near her because the moment I saw her, I knew my dreams brought me to the woman who is meant to be mine.
When my music leads me out of town, what does it mean for the woman who fuels my muse and my heart? What happens when my big break comes knocking? I don’t want to leave her behind, but I’m not sure I can convince her to dream a little bigger with me. Is there a way for me to get everything I want without leaving Broken Road and Ophelia?
I’ve always been told to dream bigger, but a simple life where I know my worth and who I’m headed home to at night is more my style. I have no use for broken promises and big cities. It’s what led me to take my uncle up on his offer to move to Broken Road and manage his bar.
I thought I’d settle in and find my rhythm. Then Harland bursts through the doors and begged for a chance to make his own dreams come true. As much as the promise of love I see in his eyes is real, he has bigger dreams than me.
I love the stars in his eyes, but they scare me. His dreams can’t come true in Broken Road. I can only hope, when he gets everything that he’s been working for, my heart isn’t broken under his boots as he walks away. Are his dreams all or nothing or can we find a way to get everything we want?
**18+ If you like alpha heroes and an insta-love story that is sweet and spicy but isn’t necessarily simple, then this is for you. No cheating with a guaranteed HEA. Broken Road, Texas is a small town with lots of heart and men who know how to treat their women. Meet Harland in Broken Road Wishes (coming in late December, more details soon). There is a connection to my Denver Family books through White Picket Fences Records, but there won’t be a lot of crossover or cameos in Broken Road.**
